Your ideas belong
in the conversation.
Every neighborhood holds knowledge, talent, and possibility. The people who live and work in those communities should help shape what comes next.
Our focus is underserved and under-resourced urban communities. We welcome community members, donors, sponsors, and partners of every background who share that commitment. Bring a local need, a business idea, a skill, or a wish to support the mission. You do not need a finished proposal to start a conversation.

View development statusWe work toward stronger neighborhoods through local enterprise, essential resources, and opportunities shaped by the people who live there. We approach development by listening to local needs, connecting people and resources, and preparing practical paths to opportunity.
Our long-term vision is a community where more talent becomes ownership, more local activity supports local enterprise, and each step helps build capacity for the next.
