A thank-you, followed by the right record.
The checkout asks whether your contribution is a gift only or includes goods or services. Onyx reviews the payment and any benefit details before issuing the final contribution acknowledgment.
Gift only
If no goods or services were provided, the final letter records that fact alongside the organization name, contribution amount, date, EIN, and payment reference.
Goods or services included
The final letter includes the benefit description, Onyx's good-faith estimate of its fair-market value, and the amount paid above that value.
Email & follow-up
A payment thank-you is queued for email after Stripe confirms a successful payment. Final tax acknowledgments follow review. Contact us if you need a correction or have not received your acknowledgment.

Is my entire contribution tax-deductible?
Do not assume the full amount is deductible when goods or services are provided. Any allowable charitable deduction depends on applicable law, the value of benefits received, and your circumstances. Retain the final acknowledgment and consult your tax adviser as needed.
Can I support a particular initiative?
Contact info@onyxrepository.org before making a restricted or project-specific gift so Onyx can confirm whether the intended purpose can be accepted and documented. A general donation does not establish a project allocation by itself.
How is my information used?
Stripe handles payment information. The foundation uses contribution contact details, amount, date, payment reference, and contribution category to record the gift, send acknowledgments, and resolve inquiries. This process does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not email card numbers or other payment credentials.
How do I request a correction or ask about a payment?
Email info@onyxrepository.org with your name, contribution date, and payment reference. Onyx can review acknowledgment details and discuss any payment concern.
